Like you're just talking right to us. Calm, straightforward, anti-salesy, natural, quiet, relaxed. We want to put the listener at ease. See the national "Human Element" commercials as an example. The budget for this project is $100. We'll be intercutting between male and female, but need a full read from each. The market is Santa Maria/Santa Barbara/San Luis Obispo CA.TV commercial. Local market number 122. The entire spot will be 30 seconds, but the actual length of the voice over will be less than that (there is some silence between segments).
