Spanish female voice needed for local radio spot

This is for a radio spot to run Tucson. It's for a local association of home builders. It pays $150. Payment terms are NET 30. I need to reserve an included revision session, as unlikely as that need may be. Excellent technical quality of the recording is essential. We’re aiming to record Tuesday or Wednesday via phone patch or, preferably, ISDN.

The start of the script is below. The full read is about 55 seconds. I need a warm, friendly, mature delivery. But feel free to use your imagination and try other approaches if you like.
