Welcome to the future of RISKTRAC! One of the first things you’ll notice is our new user interface. We will be updating the product to have a fresh look and feel and enhanced navigation, keeping all of the features our customer love about RISKTRAC, and adding so much more
We know access to information is important. When you login, the new RISKTRAC Home page will provide you with a dashboard view of your key information.
Let’s take a look at some of the powerful features that will be available on the dashboard.
Do you know exactly what claim you’re looking for? If so, Quick Search will let you find it instantly.
You’ll use the Watch List to access your most important claims with a single click, bringing you to the claims information you need
The My Diary section will systematically keep track of the claims you want to review based on the follow-up dates entered. You’ll be able to simply click on the diary reminder and access the details of that claim
There will also be Key Performance Indicators, which will graphically display the trends you define so you can pinpoint areas of interest.
The Dashboard will also give you access to your unread reports and alerts, customer support contact information and important news.
