By taking the actual number of qualified IR’s on the first five levels of growth, you can determine your Phase 1, 2 and 3 Managing Representative income by multiplying the actual number of IR’s by the value of each Managing Representative bonus and commission.
Managing Representative, sometimes referred to as MR, is paid in three phases.
Phase 1 is a $10.00 bonus paid one-time only on every qualified MR position, and a qualified MR position is any Representative in your first five levels that has acquired a minimum of 2 or more customer points.
Phase 2 is a $1.00 monthly commission paid every month on any qualified Rep position in your first five levels of growth. This commission continues month after month for as long as you maintain your MR qualifications of 2 or more active personal customer points.
Phase 3 is a $5.00 bonus paid once annually on all representatives in your first 5 levels that renew their IR position each year on the anniversary date they originally enrolled in the Administrative Services Program.
