It is a regional TV 30- second spot. We want a buyout, no 13 week contracts or anything like that. Complete buyout. We need a 40+ male voice, smooth and caring delivery, delivery comes from wisdom, the voice over should try to "convey pearls of wisdom" to the audience. Conversational Tone that is soothing and caring. Wave file prefered.
