Voice needed for casino instructions.

Voice overs needed for a Web site presentation (Flash) that animates various casino game instructions (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Etc.), and am looking for a voice over to accompany the animations.
I have included a portion of the script along with this form so you can get the idea, but please note that the FULL script to be read is 2834 words altogether.
Editing should be minimal - I'll be slicing the provided source file(s) into a number of very small files on my end for use in the Flash (one for each line), so I just need each line in the script to be read individually, with sufficient pauses between each line read to make said slicing possible. (read line, -brief pause-, read line, -brief pause-, etc.)
- The sample source included is the portion of the script for only one game; Baccarat.
- The full script will also include Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Video Poker, 7 Card Stud and Omaha poker rules; all in the same format as the partial script included, line-by-line.
- The full script (all games, including the Baccarat rules here) is 2834 words altogether (according to Word at least).
- I will provide the full script in just about whatever formats convenient, just let me know.
I'd prefer a somewhat "deep/authoritative" sounding voice if that's an adequate description, but other than that im fairly open.
I'll be trying to get this wrapped up ASAP, so please don't follow up if you won't have the time real soon :)

Mini-Baccarat is an easy game to play, the only real decision to be made is where to bet.
Players may wager on the players hand to win, the dealers hand to win, or on a tie game.
The object of the game is to get closer to 9 with your card total than the dealer does.
You cannot go over a total of 9; as the game is played "modulo 10".
If your hand total is 10 or more then 10 is subtracted, resulting in a total between 0 and 9.
Face cards and tens have a value of 0, other cards are counted at their numeric value.
To start; both the player and the dealer receive two cards.
If one or both the hands has a total score of 8 or 9, it is called a "Natural".
When either hand is dealt a Natural, the cards are totaled and the game is finished.
If neither the bank or the player has a Natural, their hands may receive additional cards...
...but it is not their choice; there are rules that dictate whether additional cards will be dealt.
The player goes first, and the rules for dealing additional cards are fairly simple.
The player must stand on 6 and 7 - and will draw another card if they have 5 or less.
Once the player is finished drawing cards, the banker goes next.
The rules dictating whether the banker will draw to his hand are much more complicated.
You can see the specific rules below; but it's not really necessary to memorize them...
...as the cards will always be dealt out automatically based on the rules.
Once all the cards have been dealt, a comparison between the two hands is made.
