CHARACTER DESCRIPTION
David’s humor is dry and his delivery is perhaps a bit deadpan. Yet his likeability factor is high because he relates to each [client] audience while speaking the universal language of funny. He’s confident because he believes his advice is dead-on (though it’s usually more amusing and off-kilter than “dead-on”). He always brings his rantings full-circle, however, somehow steering his answer back to the original question – whether the final nugget of advice makes sense or not. He doesn’t look the part of an athlete, a lady’s man or a connoisseur, though he is an “expert” in all these areas. David’s contrast in title, tone and appearance makes him an incredibly original and entertaining brand ambassador for [client's .com].

Yes this is David Seymore. You may remember me from the water stop on Sunday. You were training for a 10k and I was riding shirtless on the back of a Llama. (pause) As promised, I’m calling with some pre-race advice.
Now…what I’m going to suggest may sound odd. But I promise…it is no more odd than the way a man’s chest hair sometimes flows delicately in the wind. (long pause)
Which brings me to the point…wind drag. It’s like a thousand mini elephants pushing against your finish time. Which is why on race day my advice is to shave your head, your eyebrows and all hair follicles. Do this, and you’ll cut through the wind like a macco shark cuts through water trailing chum dangling from a cigar boat.
