Female voice needed for website recordings

We have a website with 4 different audio scripts for a doctor's office. We have done the audio in a male voice and now we want to do the exact same website with a female voice.
We want the website visitor to think that the voice they are hearing could be the doctor, therefore it can't be too "announcer-ish", or too polished. You will be the neighborhood doctor. Age is maybe 30-55, english, no accent, we are in the midwest, non-union ok
As I said, there are 4 short scripts (2 minutes and half - the second script 2 minutes- third script, 2 minutes - last script, 1 minute and a half approx), the (entire) first of which is below. The other 3 are about 25% to 50% shorter. I need to be totally done in about a week. Please submit sample script and estimated cost
