We will need both an English and a Spanish voice talen (NON-UNION). Would like a compelling male voice (40-60) -- deep, friendly, trustworthy, like a good cup of coffee. We can phone patch to your own studio or possibly digi-patch. Non-union job, budget is $600 for statewide use up to 5 yrs of the :60 PSA as well as shorter PSA lifts as well.*
