Script Details
Lessons allow employees to observe, experience and interact with a world similar to the one in which they will be working. In doing so, employees can gain a context for their work that is normally associated with an experienced worker. This experience can lead to better decision-making and more efficient operations. The lessons help employees improve decision-making and hazard recognition skills especially useful for new employees who account for a majority of accidents.
Custom-built and off-the-shelf courses address a variety of safety and operations needs -- from basic job instruction to 3D simulation of heavy equipment operation and complex decision-making scenarios that help to address the human factor on the jobsite.
As a result, our computer-based training programs are an important risk management tool designed to improve decision-making, collaboration and productivity among experienced and inexperienced members of the workforce.
