Female voice needed for phone system

We are looking for a somewhat deep but young female voice for a cool, fun, energetic, upbeat, sexy (not corny) outgoing message with 5 extensions.
You must be able to supply one finished MP3 file with voiceover along with quality background music. We will be supplying the music. No studio available.
We need a new sound quality.
Recording is changed several times a year.
To record a sample at your home studio, use the script (or part of it) below of our first extension.
Use background music of your choice. Providing us with a sample, will help in the selection process and in making sure your audio quality is acceptable.
There will be 5 Extensions in English and 5 in Spanish.
We prefer to have the same voice, so bi-lingual is a plus. English only applicants will also be considered.
Approximately 10 min of total recorded time, in each language.
We are a small company with limited budget.
Non-union pay is $10 per recorded minute.
Please note that we will not pay for test recordings/files that we will not use on the recording.
We only pay for the finished recorded minutes.
Please send link to your page with your demo and indicate if you are bi-lingual.
