The client would like to hear a conversational read with no drama or theatrics. Just a crisp, clean, light, conversational 30-40 year old voice.

I know many of you feel that you can hit this mark but please DO NOT reply to this posting if you naturally do not have a non-descriptive accent along with your american/english.
