Male preteen voice needed for a DVD

This is narration for a children's DVD about construction equipment & earthmovers. We're looking for 1 male voice, which should sound pre-teen. The read is enthusiastic but educational, as if you were speaking to a class of three-year-olds. Language is American English. Recordings can be delivered in any digital audio format, preferably aiff or bwf, emailed, uploaded, or mailed.

The entire recording will be within 25 - 30 minutes, share by 2 voices.

Budget USD$500 per voice.

That's taller than a two-story building!
If I had a back-hoe, I'd use sturdy jacks to lift me up...
and plant my toes... and push against when I dig!
Then nothing could knock me off my feet while I work.
