Charles is 4 years old and is the self-appointed caretaker of 2-year-old Thomas. Though they have not yet been initiated into the ranks of older street boys, they search for the same scraps of food and semblances of shelter. Unlike the older ones, though, they haven’t lost their naivety yet and continue looking for amusement in their harsh surroundings."...
