Male voice needed for radio and TV local spots

Male voice. I am starting a new adventure and creating an organization for Christian Youth. It is an Org. that will focus on building that ultimate relationship with God. I am looking for someone to record our local TV and radio spots. This will not be a full time thing. It will be more like one month have something, and then 2 months later have something else. I need someone who can do it all, adding music, voice, and production to each spot. I will have :15 , 30 and 60-second spots that I need recorded. I need someone soft spoken but not to soft because I am trying to attract jr. high, high school and college age students.

Right now my budget is small. So for now I am looking for someone who is looking for some extra money in his pocket and will not count on a lot of work from me. I plan on having more as we grow.

I am more listening for how you deliver your voice and not so much on the reading at this point. Once I find the person then we will work on a script that needs to be read word for word.

I am planning to use the same person for all of this job. So please send your quotes per spot.
