Female voices needed for a marketing video

This is a revised project—we have narrowed down our final candidates but need to submit just a couple more. If you have already submitted, you need not resubmit.
We are looking for voice-over roles for a 3-5 minute non-union, non-broadcast marketing video for an upscale beach housing development.
The principal part (principal narrator) has a payrate of $550 buyout and should be female, 40's age range. Specifically, the voice should be rich, smooth, and flowing. We're going for a great "soft sell" type of voice.
We are also seeking the following minor narration parts, which each have a payrate of $250 buyout. When you respond for the following parts, please record the following sides--please be careful to apply for the correct role.
Retired female, in her 50's or 60's, educated, upper-middle class, fun loving.
