Adding Users
Adding users to your account will help you manage who has permission to publish content and who can view your private content.
So let’s see how to add a user.
Start by selecting the People tab from the Articulate Online menu.
Make sure you are viewing the users tab, and select the “Add a new user” link towards the bottom of the screen.
In the “add new users” window, enter the e-mail address of your new user or type in several e-mail addresses separated by a comma.
Notice that you can add a user or many users to a group in this step if you wish. We’ll cover groups in another tutorial.
Then, we’ll click save to finish.
I can now add additional contact information for my user by selecting the “Change Profile” button.
Once I’ve entered user information in this window, I then click Save Profile to finish.
Notice that the user I have just added now appears in the user list. I also see the user under the Permissions tab of my content; and the same user list will appear if I choose to send out E-mail invitations. Please Provide Related Demo
