Developer needs on hold messages for their master planned communities. I will need to get a custom recording of the attached script in order for your voice to be considered. No sample audios, you must provide a custom recording of the script.
One message on hold for each community and one answerwing message file for each community. Periodic updates will be needed and charged at a lesser rate. You must have the ability to produce the recording yourself without the help of an engineer - in house studio with 24 hour access required.
Budget: $225/community on hold message, $75 per update. $150 for corporate office on hold message, $50 per update. All answering machine messages billed at $125 each.
Voice Direction: Looking for female voice, middle age, with a pleasing, friendly, warm read. No accents. Not too over the top with excitement as this is for master planned communities. Read should flow naturally, without too much emphasis on any one word.
