Voice needed for regional TV spot.

I have a :60 TV spot (Regional). I'm looking for 25-35 age range male or female. Please read the "Male"script for the audtion. My budget is $200 to include recording fees. I would like a phone patch during the recording with final delivery by High Quality mp3 file. Thanks in advance

Open in color with talent at home at the dinner table. His plate appears as though he’s just finished his meal. He pushes his plate away to make room for dessert.
As he reaches for his dessert plate, we flash to B&W footage of him reaching for a pack of cigarettes.

After a meal…it was like dessert…
MALE:
…I wasn’t done until I’d had a cigarette.
2 In color, chest to knees shot of two or three people walking out of an office door to outside. Some carry their cigarettes. One is reaching for the pack in his shirt pocket. Include CU of people’s mouths as they smoke.
MALE:
Or at work…on a break …we’d all head outside for a smoke…
3 In color, a nightstand beside a bed. Cutaway to establishing shots (talent sitting on bed, taking off his watch, turning back the covers, etc.)
Flash to B&W footage as he picks up an alarm clock, holds it, and sets it all while holding a lit cigarette.

And at night right before bed…
…my day couldn’t end without one.
4 Flash to color, as he sets the alarm clock back down with no cigarette in his hand.
He reaches for the lamp and clicks it off. Screen goes black. The Quitline helped me figure out when I wanted to smoke.
