Female voice is needed for a local TV station

I am looking for a female with a light Caribbean accent to do the following script for tourist information television in Panama City Beach, FL. The script should be done in an editorial manner, very conversational and the time does NOT matter-it should flow naturally and NOT sound like an announcer or an ad in any way shape or form.
