PROJECT: Mother-in-law/Moving Company TYPE: Two :15 TV spots. (Will air as :30) TALENT: Male, Age 30-40, English (North Am) FORMAT: Wav
DEADLINE: Yesterday. Well, okay, make it June 5th. INSTRUCTIONS: V/O straight read. Please do husbands line too (in character). MOTHER-IN-LAW TREATMENT: Spot starts off with couple standing in front yard of house. The husband's friendly smile turns into a look of disbelief and horror as he watches his mother-in-law pull up to his home in a rather large moving truck. ("Just how long does your mother plan on staying with us?). Cut to various shots of Big Box as the simple storage solution. Cut to husband and mover guy loading the mother-in-law (along with the chair she's sitting in) into a Big Box as voiceover proclaims, "Now... if only finding a place for your mother-in-law were so eay".
MOVING COMPANY TREATMENT: Family is outside, watching in disbelief as offscreen mover #1 (inside gargae) tosses their expensive household items to offscreen mover #2 (inside moving truck). Cut to moving truck hitting bump as it pulls out of driveway; couch and boxes tumble out onto street. Surely there's a better way! Yep... Cut to Big Box as the solution.
