Female voice needed for flash corporate videos

Hispanic American female(No heavy accent), 25-30 y/o, to play the role of a yoga/fitness enthusiast. Should sound confident, professional, but also cute, friendly and approachable.
Four (4) separate recordings: Each recording to run two (2) minutes in length. Each recording will likely require one (1) initial run-through (1) final read. Four (4) final recordings must be delivered in 320K, mono or stereo MP3 format. (If stereo, OK, but R/L must be evenly balanced.) Word count from each script is approximately 500 words.
Final scripts will be delivered on or about Friday, June 6th, 2007. First run read through will be due back to the agency within two (2) business days of script delivery. Feedback will be given on the same day as initial delivery. Final reads will be due back to the agency within two (2) business days of feedback delivery. Our budget is $250 but negotiable. Let us know what it takes to get what we need.
Full payment will be made within 30 days of final delivery. Other arrangements are negotiable.
Voiceovers will be used for two-minute long Flash movies, to be run at our client’s booth at the 2007 Annual Conference at their booth. These movies will also be uploaded to our client’s Website. The movies will be used as B2B marketing pieces, which will help to communicate the value in the product being sold, and also to explain “how it works.” Voiceovers will not be used for any consumer marketing or public display. Identities of the voiceover talent will never, for any reason, be revealed. The voiceovers themselves will not be resold for profit. (Apart from our agency selling the voiceovers as part of our total marketing package to our client.) Heya, I’m Susie, and my parents take me to the library cause’ ‘cause they know I love taking their its painting classes with my friends.

So, a little while ago, my parents took me to the library to find a book on painting to help me with my class and something really neat cool happened.
I found a great book on painting and ran up to the checkout counter right away.
The guy who checked me out, who was totally cute, by the way, told me about this new service from their library called uniquely for you [Youniquely 4 U™].

Frame 3:
When he gave me my the book, he also gave me a new checkout receipt and pointed to out a message that was asking me to go to their Website and sign up for uniquely for you.
He told me it was free to sign up and I would find lots of cool stuff, like painting classes, book recommendations, coupons for paints and so much more!
All I needed to do was type in my category number, which happened to be nine.
He also told me that my invitation to join and my category number had been triggered by the subject of my book, and not by the title or any of my personal information. I guess the library is concerned with my privacy, which is cool.

When I got home, I went to my library’s Website and clicked on the sign up button for uniquely 4 u.
It was all really simple. I put in my the category number from my receipt, and you wouldn’t believe what happened next…
The Website took me to a page that told me all about an upcoming painting tutorial featuring a totally awesome painter from my hometown!
As if that weren’t cool enough, I signed up for the tutorial and reserved my spot, right from the Website.
I found lots of other great stuff, too, like a book review from the librarian that teaches my painting class on another book I could check out and coupons for when we buybuying paints and brushes.

Of course, my friends all heard about this right away. I’m a text messaging maniac!

Oh my gosh, I almost forgot to tell you, I ended up going to that painting tutorial and had a great time.
The painter was way talented and I think I picked up a couple new tricks.

I knew my library had a lot of great stuff, but I never expected all of this! It seems like my library really understands me.
I wish my library would have had uniquely for you a while ago. I can’t image what all the awesome stuff I’ve been missing out on.
