I am looking for a woman for voice over sequence for a documentary I am producing on Dred Scott. The 2-3 minute sequence is a brief excerpt from slave memories from the mid-19th century. The woman can be anywhere between 30 and 50. My budget is $250 per sequence. The fee is $250.
