We are producing an informational video to show at the event. We have soundbites in chinese, but we need to weave scripted words throughout to tie it all together. The total read time of the script is approximately 2 minutes.

I do not have a preference whether the talent it union or non-union. Accordingly, I will pay the going rate for voice-over talent.
