For instance, we’re moving from Windows XP to Vista, and *********** is a key ingredient in our migration plan. With *********** , we can host our legacy applications within virtual machines, smoothing the transition process, and completing the migration project more quickly.
I can also use *********** to create and test multiple computing environments as virtual machines on a single PC – before I roll them into production. This really cuts down on the hardware cost, time and risk associated with deploying new applications, application updates and operating system patches.
*********** also makes supporting end users much easier. It allows me to create a virtual library of corporate desktop and server configurations in support of our help desk operations so we can troubleshoot and resolve end user problems more quickly.
