Male and female voices needed for a website

Hello,
I need a short script recorded as attached with this message. There are 3 characters- one male and two females. The voice of one female character is required as heard on the telephone. So we can use a single female voice and treat it to be heard like a different voice. While recording this voice she can modulate as well. If we can save some money i do not need exactly studio quality recording- just a good quality with no ambient noise or reverbs.
Since it is a dialog i guess that both artists will have to act simultaneously. But final decision is up to you. Budget does matter to us and we want value for money without losing quality.
