Voice overs needed for educational video
LTK6309111462X
Dear ‘Voice Over’ Talent,

I am looking for native speakers to do a voice over for the following project.

1) type of project:

• an educational video for very small kids (under the age of 3);
• the goal of the video is to introduce children to the sounds of various languages.

2) your job:
• please find copyright free (!) material that is a typical, traditional, historical choice for the mothers in your country.

• I will need 10 children’s poems (10-30 seconds long) and 3 children’s songs (10-30 seconds long)

• (if a poem or song is too long feel free to shorten it preserving the meaning as much as possible).

• Poems and songs should be happy, upbeat, joyful, engaging

• about singing:

I do care about the tune/melody very much; if you are not sure that you can keep the tune/melody well, you don’t have to do the songs;

• in addition to poems and songs there is a list of words, following this letter

3) how to read: please read poems or sing songs as if to a very small baby:

tenderly,
warmly,
passionately,
playfully

4) translation: please provide me with a written short translation in English of the poems or songs that you use (for example: “fish swims deep down to the bottom and meets the crab”). Also, please name your sound files in English, so I could easily find the translation for the file.

5) recording format:

• please, do not manipulate audio settings too much when recording your voice; I mean, please, record it flat without adding “base”, “high pitch” or “gain”; the sound, of course, should be clean, without any buzzing or static hiss

• I would appreciate, if you could use uncompressed files in .WAV or .MP3 formats

6) I will need a copyright letter from you which will give me the rights for the use of the recording

7) method of payment: I can use “paypal” or send you a check. I will pay you a first installment of 50% before the job and the rest of the money after I receive a “copyright agreement” from you.
