Project Main Details
Video description: property is unique to Florida. Community rests on top of Sugarloaf Mountain in florida. Video captures the beautiful scenery, the elevation and the dramatic views of Lake Apopka. Video was shot via helicopter so you get the sense of the soaring hills and vistas surrounding the community.
Voice needed: Commanding. Dramatic. Somewhat of a cold read. Someone who can convey a sense of awe to go along with the beautiful setting and wide camera angles on the video. OR, a Martin Sheen type voice that isn't too overpowering that the viewer will focus more on the voice than on the imagery. I'd like to hear these two types of voices. Think flying through the air, going up and down the moutain as you read the script.
