Must have in-house studio and phone patch capability. Vocal delivery must be in the style of deadpan voices like Steven Wright during the "K-BILLY" DJ interstitials on the Reservoir Dogs soundtrack, the Cornfed character from the animated series Duckman, and Jack Webb.
