Female voice required for a multimedia presentation

The recording will be used in a multimedia presentation (no more than 5 minutes) that will be played at the Pingyao International Photography Festival in mid-September. We'd like to use a female voice that sounds 30-40 years old. We'd like the recording to be made into a .wav file and it can be sent to us on CD or uploaded to our FTP site. No union requirements.
Please give us the rates for up to 5 minutes of translation/voiceover talent? English to Chinese translation plus voiceover recording.
