Male voice required for voice acting

We are presenting shooting a series on a western ranch where they make "Cowboy Dreams" come true.
People from all walks of life can live out their dream of riding cutting horses, do team roping, bull riding, etc., under the guidance and mentorship of top names in their respective field. Since the guests will be living
out their dreams so to speak, it would not be out of reason that the animals on the ranch also have their
"thoughts" about the various activities. We would like to give the cows, steers, buffalo, that the guests will be working with, their own personality, mostly wise-cracking, humorous and sarcastic quips, what the animals are thinking. Would like our voice talent
to be able to provide 3-4 different animal voice personalitites, so viewers will be able to differentiate between the animals thoughts and comments.
One of the old buffalos we have in the episodes would be ideally suited for a James Earl Jones type voice- deep, resonant, worldly, soothing, someone who speaks the wisdom of the ages. We might even use this voice as the narration for the entire series,
besides as an animal personality.
