I’m Shawna Wilson, your virtual trainer for this lesson. Today you’re going to practice effective selling techniques to help our customers find exactly the products they want! Let’s get started.

In our dealership, you’ll meet several customers. Your goal is to maximize sales by using the power of C.U.S.T.O.M. service to suggest products based on our customers’ needs. Don’t forget to suggest add-on products! The more you sell, the higher your score.
Every action you take will increase the time the customer spends in our showroom. Some customers have lots of time to spend, but others are in a hurry. Pay attention to what customers say and how they react to you, and try not to waste their time!
I’ll be right here if you need help. But calling me in for a consult takes time away from your customer, so be careful!
