Looking for a female voice for commercial

Voice over for PSAs for non-profit company in Georgia. Likely to be aired in Georgia and surrounding states.
Looking for a middle-aged to mature female voice that will yank at heartstrings. This is a campaign to raise funds for this company that provides services for children with behavorial problems, physical challenges, mental illness, etc. It gets these children the help they need for free. Especially those children who have fallen through the cracks of government care. It is giving them life.
I felt it is important that you understand the history because it needs to come across in the voice over that these children DESERVE everything that life has to offer no matter their circumstances. It HAS to tug at heartstrings so that people will donate.
I'm attaching my script, which is actually 10 scripts. I would like a sample of the first script so that I can get approval for the voice. I'll let you know if I'm am going to present your voice to the company.
Please also give me an estimate for all 10 scripts and your turnaround time. I'm trying to get about two of the PSAs cut for a meeting next week with their Board of Directors.
