Narration should be over-the-top as the action continually interrupts the flow of the narration in a comedic way.
Our beginning images are fairly generic water images: rain clouds, flowing streams, waterfalls, sinks, and showers.

We now see images of people using water, finally showing a comical old woman in floppy slippers, slowly picking up a garden hose, preparing to water some daisies.
V.O: We do it all because we’re committed to working together toward a common goal:
Old Woman turns the spigot and the water begins to flow…only to slow to a trickle and stop.
V.O: Delivering clean, fresh water to….
V.O: (clears throat) delivering clean…ummm. Hmmm.
Old Woman shakes the garden hose ineffectually.
Old Woman: Lloyd! Call the water people!
Lloyd (off camera): What?
Old Woman: Call the water people!
Lloyd’s hand dialing the phone. Lloyd: What for?
V.O: Because we’re dedicated to delivering clean, fresh water to you!
