Looking for a male voice for a DVD

This project is for a real estate development in Southewst Florida. The finished project will be delivered exclusively on DVD on July 27th next week, so I will need the audio done and in my hands by Tuesday July 25th. There will be two voices selected. One is North American English and the other is what my client describes as "Univision Miami Dialect Spanish". Not sure what that means, but if you do, please submit a sample.. The whole project will be around 10 minutes of audio, but it is not complete yet. It will be ready to read on Friday afternoon. For the person that is reading the Spanish version I would like a seperate quote on interpreting the script into Spanish. I find that straight translations are not corrrect 90% of the time. I have included a short sample script. Please do not try to contact client directly.
