The audience is the general public, completely unfamiliar with this market - a wide mix of nationalities for many of whom, English is a second language. The voice needs to be strong, but friendly. the tone should be conversational, but educative.
Deadline: YESTERDAY. Time is BIG FACTOR. I don't have much time on this and would like to have this recorded and delivered as EARLY as possible.
