Access to the Online Quoter begins from the Online Tools link on our website. (Pause to click broker button and then click ¡¥Online Tools¡¦ button.)
When we receive a signed Web Use Agreement from your appointed agency or brokerage, your firm will receive passcodes with which to log into the system. (Pause to enter passcodes.) An administrator at your firm will in turn give passcodes to the employees of your firm allowing in-house control over who will have access to our Online Tools.
Upon entering the online quoter, you will be taken to your RFP list. Here you can begin to build a new proposal or view all rfps you have submitted to us. Building an rfp is easy! (Pause to click on Build an RFP.) After providing basic employer group and plan information (Click through Employer Info page, Medical and Dental/Life/Vision pages ¡V skip # of Medical plans page.), (Pause to open GHRQ page.) answering a generic health questionnaire, (Pause to click to census page.) and providing census information, your request for proposal is ready to be submitted. With one click, your RFP is sent electronically to us.
We appreciate your use of the Online Quoter and to thank you for the opportunity to provide quotes for your clients, we have created a feature through which you can manage and submit all of your RFPs to other carriers. Through this feature you can create your own personal carrier manager. (Pause to show the carrier manager entry page.) Once you create this manager, it is available to you to edit and update as needed.
After setting up your carrier manager, you can forward the information you have submitted to us to the carriers you select from your list. (Pause to click on the selected carriers.)
(Click on the carrier email page) you can customize your email to each of the carriers and select all or any of the information you submitted to us by carrier. (Demo checking different boxes for 2 different carriers.)
But what if you want to send additional information to one or more of the other carriers? You simply upload it from your computer and it will appear on the checklist next to each one of your carriers. Click the box next to the upload and it is now part of the rfp you will send to that carrier. (Demo upload and check box while speaking.)
The Go-To-Market feature allows you to keep a record of all the RFPs you send to other carriers and even resend them if needed.
