Project Main Details

Kineo Veterans
We are creating a short eLearning program with the goal of creating awareness of the value of hiring Veterans of the U.S. Armed Services -- and what managers can do to help individuals successfully transition to the civilian workplace.

The narrator will play the role of Bob. Bob served 10 years on active duty in the military and has now been a successful manager a corporate setting.

Bob will be friendly, conversational -- speaking with personal authority on the subject, without sounding preachy or broadcastorial.

Audio production will likely be slated for April 14/15. If you are selected for this project, I will send you a final script for production and have you do the recording and send us final edited files.

The program will be used internally at my client's organization, but could potentially be shared with other corporate organizations as well.

Script Details

Script for auditions below.
Christina, Alex and Roger: Three Veterans who have served our country proudly.

They’ve made sacrifices and endured hardships; gained skills and earned the respect of their peers.

After years of loyal service, they are now making the transition from the military to the workplace.

Over 200,000 individuals complete their military service obligation each year, providing organizations with a large, experienced and diverse labor pool.

Supporting those who have served our country is good for business.

Why? Well...Veterans are loyal, hardworking and mission-focused. They bring practiced leadership skills to the workplace.

Get them to understand your mission and their role in its success, and they are likely to have a positive impact on it.

15 years ago I came from the military to a corporate setting – after 10 years of active duty. It was a big change.

Today, I supervise a large team and one of the things I focus on is helping newly transitioning Veterans as they return to civilian life and enter the workplace. In this program, I’ll share with you some advice that may help make that transition successful.

Nearly all transitioning Veterans have questions about how they can successfully transfer their skills and experience to the workplace. As a supervisor, you might have similar questions.

This program is designed to answers those questions. It will help you leverage the experience and skills of Veterans in your own workplace and help you help them get the opportunities they deserve.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
