I need this to sound like a news announcer. I want it to sound strong and authoritative. For reference I the voice of the news announcer in the movie the Incredibles was perfect in the scene right after the Incredibles wedding.

Announcer VO: Our hero used his super snout to sort it out. The Royal cook-off was saved.
Announcer VO: Days later Doctor Spoil Sport sacked our sports. The Chiefs, Royals, Wizards, T-Bones and NASCAR (dramatic pause) gone in an instant.
Announcer VO: In a supreme battle the city’s treasured games were freed from their doom.
Announcer VO: Our hero (dramatic pause) was on a roll! Last summer fountains were dry when the Evil Plains Drifter blew in.
Announcer VO: Super manipulation of the atmosphere created the humidity we love and rain to save the city of fountains.
Announcer VO: Most recently Phantom Eraser spawned an evil plan, (dramatic pause) erase our city. This voodoo was stopped in its tracks.
Announcer VO: Now our hero (dramatic pause) The mysterious KC Shield won’t take the credit. He says it’s time to retire.
Announcer VO: … there’s so much energy. Culture. Dining. Shopping. Phenomenal (Shatner pause) growth. Kansas City is its own super hero.
