Project Main Details
Nothing too formal, but not over the top silly or too energetic/salesie.
The script tries to set the right tone, so hopefully you can glean it from there.

The script tries to set the right tone, so hopefully you can glean it from there. Sam: Hi, I’m Sam and I run a small design studio.
Mike: Morning Sam
Sam: That’s Mike, sales guy extraordinary!
Mike: Hey ho!!!
Sam: And this is Kathy, my lead designer.
Sam : She’s taking fresh lessons.
Sam: And business… sure, things are ok I guess. . I mean, when I started my own company I had all these plans of keeping my own hours, traveling on a moments notice, not having to answer to “the man” – you know, all that good stuff.
But with two full-time employees, rent, bills, and just all the client work I do, I’m lucky to get a weekend off.
So I started looking at CRM programs, project tools, accounting software – just hoping that I can get things organized and get out from under the paperwork, but with the desktop programs I found myself wasting time on installations and upgrades, calling tech support, back ups – I mean, please! I was looking to work less, not take on a second job as the IT person.
So then I tried a few online apps, but found my CRM tool didn’t play nice with my accounting tool, and all our tasks were managed in some other tool; and hey 15 bucks a month for CRM, 25 a month for accounting, plus additional fees for services, extra users, and whatever…. that adds up ya know?! And then I’m still left fussing with imports and exports just to get my accounting straight! There go my weekends again.
Then a friend told me about Tallyzip, one tool that does everything I need to run my business for one low monthly price.
Skeptical? You bet I was! But in less than a week, my busy little studio is running like clockwork!
Mike is really digging the CRM features, where he keeps all his customers info and the deals he’s working on. Kathy is really making use of the tasks in Tallyzip to keep projects on schedule, and I’m lovin’ how easy it is to handle online invoicing, pay bills from vendors, and take of my accounting – without all that import/export business!
Oh, and by the way, this weekend I’m heading to Bali! Thanks Tallyzip, you’ve made being my own boss what I always wanted it to be!
