***Please submit a custom demo***
The Custom T-shirt program is designed to encourage consumers to purchase product and provide with them a premium T-shirt, customized for them in a way that they’ll be happy to show off to friends.

Each T shirt press station will require the following items:
-T Shirt press
-Branded T Shirts
-Customized Heat Press Decals
-Oven Mitt
-Black Branded Tri-fold
-Desk Light

Make sure the T-shirt station is set up in a location near a power outlet and visible from account entrance. The area should allow consumers easy ‘in & out’ access and not interrupt normal traffic flow within the account.

Place the T-shirt press on table, preferably draped with black table cloth.

Surround the T-Shirt press with branded trifold to create a barrier between yourself and consumers

Plug in the T-shirt press and enter a temperature of 320 degrees on the keypad.

Allow the T-shirt press to heat up for approximately 15 minutes with the press in the closed position.

Place the oven mitt through the gap in undercarriage to stabilize machine when opening or closing it.

Lay out a sample of each T-shirt design & heat press decal on the table for consumers to view.

After 15 minutes of heating up, the T-shirt press will be warm enough for use.

Confirm the t-shirt design along with custom decal & location with the consumer. They can choose 1 decal to place on either sleeve or the back below the neck.

While stabilizing the bottom with the oven mitt, pull up the handle on top to open the T-shirt press.

Place the section of the t-shirt that will be customized onto the heated plate and CAREFULLY flatten out to reduce as many wrinkles as possible.

Lightly close the T-shirt press for approximately 5 seconds to iron out any wrinkles in the area that will be customized. There is no need to press the lever all the way down and lock it for this.

Raise the lever to open the T-shirt press and place decal FACE DOWN on the area selected for customization.

Only the white paper backing should be facing upwards.

Align the decal as straight and level as possible.

Press the lever down so that the mechanism locks and the adhesion can begin.

Wait approximately 10 seconds for decal to fully adhere to the T-shirt.

After 10 seconds have passed, place one hand onto the oven mitt to stabilize the machine and use the other hand to CAREFULLY lift the lever and unlock the mechanism

Peel off the white paper, and the decal will appear on the T-shirt.

When finished customizing T-shirts, press the OFF button and unplug the machine.

Allow at least 20 minutes to cool down with the lever in the UP position and machine open.

Ensure that no one touches the center plates, as they are VERY hot.

Place the equipment in an accessible area to ensure proper pickup.
