Script Details

15 second Animation –‘If you could see inside your eyes’

In the following, the text in the parentheses refers to the visuals; and the bold-face text refers to the voice over.

(Visual – a girl’s face (about 18 yrs-22 yrs old – animated; it fills the screen almost. closing in toward the eye)

“If we could see inside our eyes, we’d see a clear ocular lens;”

(Visual – the eye becomes ‘schematic,’ the viewer is now able to see into the eye; the lens has a ‘water-’clear clarity appearance)

“As we age, our lens gets a yellow-brown pigment;”

(Visual – the lens is becoming yellow – but still transparent;)

“This pigment filters violet and blue light;”

(Visual: the lens becomes increasingly yellow and yellow-brown)

“In sunglasses it would protect the eyes from the sun;”

(Visual: the last eye-head image stays fixed, while a pair of glasses appear to the right; the lenses yellow just like the human lens yellowed in the animation.)

“Visit Ocular Lens Pigment.org to learn more.”
(to be read relatively faster)
