Project Main Details
this is a computer based training CD project. Each project will contain 125 lessons maximum and 150 A4 pages collectively. We are doing it for our new client so we have some financial restrictions.
We can afford the pay for the whole project not on each page or every hour.
We need you to do the recording with best output and inclusive of editing. We need the audio file should be delivered in MP3 format.
We are aware about the professional pay but we cannot afford the same for this project. Here in this project simply we need a descent voice with good modulation. This is the project, to train the student in the ICT field.
There is great opportunity of doing number of projects throught the year. At least 4 projects per month.

Lesson Name : Sending a document
Sending via e-mail
After creating a document, you can quickly send it via e-mail from within word, without starting your e-mail program.
All you have to do is
1.Go to the office button and click on send option in that select e-mail
2.Doing that displays a message window.
3.The current documents is already attached to the message, so all you have to do is enter the e-mail addresses of anyone you want to receive the message and its attachment.
4. If you want you can modify the subject line, which contains the name of the document you are sending.
Faxing a document:
In addition to sending a document as an email attachment from within word, if you have signed up with an internet fax service provider, you can send it as a fax.
Although the exact terms vary from one provider to another, these services let you send and receive faxes from your computer without needing a fax machine
After establishing internet fax service, you can send the current document to the fax service by clicking the Microsoft office button, pointing to send and then clicking internet fax. < Portion of the script provided for audition purposes only >
