PSR Tutorial 1-1, Welcome/Introduction

What if you could follow-up with your CPAP patients... AUTOMATICALLY... without ANY additional expense... without ANY additional equipment... AND, at the same time, reduce the amount of patient management time for each patient?

Now that you have your own *********************account, you can!

Welcome to the ********************************, a companion application for ********** users present, past and future.

Among other things, the *********************Application provides an easy and efficient way to collect, store, analyze, and share ********* therapy data.

To request ********** from a patient, just assign the ******************* protocol.

Immediately, the system will send a personalized, private message to your patient's ******************** inbox and also an email notification.

After receiving the email notification, your patient has the option of simply responding to the email and attaching a photo of their *********

they can click a link in the email, log-in to their account, and either enter their ********* or upload photos of their***********

During processing, the ********* is de-coded, and the data is stored in a secure database.

The system creates Alerts if any of the values that are reported in ********* are outside of the expected range...

It provides management reports for overall patient population management...

And sharable clinical reports to provide documentation for insurance compliance, physician review, and patient charting...

You can even *automatically* collect ********* at critical points in your patient's therapy with the ***************************.

When the *************************** is assigned, The********************************* will automatically retrieve ********* data on day seven, and again two weeks after that, and one more time two weeks after that.
Of course, you will be alerted if any reported ********* values are outside of the normal range.

There's actually EVEN MORE that ************************************* can do for you...

[Going beyond data collection and management, The ******************************** provides patient education and training, interactive clinical follow up, AND outcomes measurement, automatically, through the ****************************

You can even do long-term, quarterly follow-up by assigning legacy patients to the maintenance protocol.

That's the big picture.

Next, we will show you how to get started with the ********************************. First, you will add a new 'test' patient to the application, then, you will assign them to the ********** on-demand protocol, and finally, you will learn how to manage ********* alerts.

Ok, let's get started. Please click the next button now.

PSR Tutorial 1-2, add a new patient

First, let's add a test patient to your account.

You will need to use a special email address, *******************************, when setting up your test patient, so that we can associate your test patient with this tutorial:

We have placed this email address below the video to make it easy for you to copy and paste it into the 'Add New Patient' form.

Once you have copied the test patient email address, click 'Patients' in the main navigation and then click 'Add New Patient' and complete the process of adding a new patient.

Now, find your new test patient in the patient list, and click the 'Assign Protocol' icon and then, assign the patient to the ********* on-demand protocol.

Once that is complete, click the next button to continue.

PSR Tutorial 1-3, Watch Patient Respond

After you've assigned the patient to a protocol, they'll get a notification in their email like this...

They can simply respond to the notification by attaching images of their **********, or they can click on the link in the email notification and log-in to the**********************************

Once they're logged in, they will find a new message in their inbox with instructions on how to submit their ***********

The patient can respond by typing their SmartCode into the ********* collector provided. Or they can upload an image of their ********* into the***********collector.

After the ********* information is received and processed, the system decodes the*********** and saves all of the available values to the patient record.

Please click on the next button to see the updated records for your test patient.

PSR Tutorial 1-4, View Patient's Therapy Data

Now, let's to the patient detail page to view the patient's therapy data.

Scroll down to look at the patient’s activity log, and click on the hyperlinked response in the activity log to view their response.

We see that the ********* values in this patient's response triggered an Alert.

The inbox is where we manage alerts. We can see what triggered the alert, add notes, and once we have resolved the alert, we can click on the 'close' button at the top of the page to close the alert. We do not want to re-start the patient, so we'll click 'no.'

Now now click your test patient's name to view their detail page yourself, and then go to your Inbox to view and close your alert.

Click the next button after you have closed your alert
