Script Details

Pronunciation notes:

1. INOMAX or INOmax: pronounced “eye- no-max”
2. DSIR : just read the letters separately as you would with the word “DNA” or “ FBI”

The dual channel design of the INOmax DSIR is illustrated here. If you follow the path of the blue dot, this represents the INOMAX as it flows through the device. The INOMAX passes through the injector module tubing, into the injector module. It is then injected into the inspiratory limb of the ventilator circuit. The color of the dot changes to represent the mixing of the 800 parts per million INOMAX with the ventilator flow to achieve the set dose of INOMAX. The unused INOMAX exits out the ventilator exhalation valve. Using the sample line, the system draws 230 milliliters per minute of gas from the ventilator circuit. The gas passes through the water trap, past the monitoring sensors, where it is analyzed and the resulting value is displayed on the monitor.

The INOmax DSIOR has several different displays. Press the alarm history button in the upper left hand corner of the screen, denoted by the double bell icon, and the alarm history screen will appear. Press the Menu button in the upper right hand corner of the screen, and the Menu screen will appear. Once you are in the menu screen, pressing any of the calibration buttons will access the Calibration screen. To return to the previous screen, press the Menu button at any time.

Making changes to the INOmax DSIR follows a simple, three step process. One: Select the parameter you would like to change. Two: Rotate the control wheel to make the change. And three: confirm your selection by pressing the control wheel or the button associated with the desired function. Select, rotate, and confirm.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
