Project Main Details
This voiceover will act as a "guide" or "concierge" through a website. The site is promoting a luxury condo with abundant luxury amenities in the Manhattan area. The audience are upscale, educated, young, hip, affluent people who are into arts, culture, design, trendy restaurants. They may work in finance, real estate etc. We are targeting Manhattanites and a broader international market. Final project is 7-8 minutes long but not all of them will be voiced. Script is not finished yet.
The ideal voice will sound educated, soothing, welcoming, knowledgeable yet youthful, engaging and some sultry/sexiness.
