Today the first guests will arrive at the totally renovated landmark plaza hotel on 5th avenue and grand omni plaza. the brand new hotel has a total of 282 rooms and of which 130 are oversized guests suites and 152 condominium units. each of the 152 residences are available for purchase by individuals, private buyers who will be able to stay at their hotel condominium residences for up to 120 days a year.
