There are two scripts attached. The first is a portion of the introductory video (which will be 1:00). The tone should be confident and authoritative.

The second sample is for one of 5 ten-second vignettes. Here, your tone should be conversational, relaxed, and have more of a "stream-of-consciousness" feeling.

We all like full hotels, but for many of us, maximum occupancy is translating into minimal profits.

Did you know that the OTA’s take an average of $30 for each booking? When you add that up this number across all Wyndham franchises, the number balloons to a staggering $120 million (per year?).

OTA’s use this revenue (that is, our missing margins) to out-spend us in online media and gain even more bookings. But OTAs aren’t our only problem. Research shows that when a potential customer leaves one of our franchise websites, over 65% will book with the competition. It’s a viscous cycle.

SCRIPT B (Vignette)
Conversational, Relaxed, Stream of Consciousness

Hmm let’s see here…how can we keep customers…and get them to book directly through us so we can keep more dollars in-house.

We’re going to need the perfect strategy… hmm yes.

First off though, we’ll need a team of ninjas… highly skilled marketing ninjas skilled in the art of online marketing, online customer experience, content, technology and mobile.
