Selling a home is hard work. It often means showing the home many times before an offer is even received. Obviously, the more potential buyers that see the home, the greater the chance an offer will be made. What if there was a way that you could get lots of potential buyers to tour the home, with no need for scheduling appointments, all with the click of a mouse? Now you can, with the *********!
Using state of the art camera equipment similar to that used in major Hollywood productions, we videotape the entire home, room to room, smoothly and steadily. Our highly trained team of editors then produces a final video that seamlessly shows the home in its best light. The key is our Glidecam system. Take a look at the difference between a walking tour using a regular camera, and one with our Glidecam technology. It allows our camera to float through the house, presenting it to potential buyers in a visually pleasing manner. We add music, and a custom graphics package with your contact information, then deliver the final product in all web-ready formats for playback on your website.
