Project Main Details
We develop employee-training programs on "compliance" topics -- avoiding workplace harassment/discrimination, avoiding insider trading, etc.
We want to offer a very brief (two-minute) training message for employees who are attending their company's holiday party, warning them of the legal risks of acting inappropriately and/or drinking too much at the party.
The message will be delivered in two ways: (1) via IVR as a "conversation" with the caller; and (2) as a web-based program, which is why some lines in the script are very similar to one another but tailored to fit each medium.
To keep it light and engaging, we're planning to use an animated reindeer (Ray, the party animal) as the talking head in the web version. So we're looking for both a male and female voice that's somewhat cartoonish in a reindeerish sort of way, but not so silly-sounding that it trivializes the basic training message.
